Signed Greg Murphy Holden Frisbee

You won’t find many Holden Supercar fans in New Zealand or Australia who won’t think of Greg Murphy whenever the talk is about Holden Supercars.

Respected in both New Zealand and Australia, Greg Murphy was one of the first Kiwi’s to compete in the predominately Australian driver focused competition. He was known for his passion on and off the track and what he has done for motorsport in New Zealand, inspiring the next generation of Kiwi racing drivers.

Greg also dominated at the Pukekohe track, New Zealand’s only circuit on the Supercars calendar at the time.

Greg Murphy’s famous Supercars wins in a Holden include:

• Bathurst 1000 wins in 1996, 1999, 2003 and 2004.
• Four time winner at Pukekohe in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2005.

Other Racing Achievements:

• 1993/1994 – New Zealand Gold Star – Single Seaters – Formula Brabham.
• 1994/1995 – New Zealand Gold Star – Single Seaters – Formula Brabham.
• 1996 – New Zealand Mobil Sprints in a Holden Commodore.
• 2013 – Winner – V8SuperTourer Sprint Series and Overall Championship in a Holden Commodore.
• 2014 – Winner – V8SuperTourer Sprint Series and Overall Championship for the second year in a row in a Holden Commodore.
