Product and Signature Authenticity

All Verified Insignia items will come with a Verified Insignia tamper proof hologram and in some cases include an official Certificate of Authenticity. Such items will have matching serial numbers for added security. Other items may just have a Verified Insignia tamper proof hologram for security.
Items Sourced by Verified Insignia
All autographed items in the Sourced By Verified Insignia Collection are purchased from established and trusted sources and include leading industry authentication. All items featured in this collection will include a Certificate of Authenticity from one of many well respected authentication companies and will be identified in the online merchandise collection. These Certificates of Authenticity will also contain instructions on how to verify the items.
Colours
Every effort has been made to portray the colors of our products that appear on the website and in the online merchandise collection as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colors you see depend on the screen setting of your device, Verified Insignia cannot guarantee that your devices display will be a completely accurate representation of the colours contained in merchandise. Please be assured that Verified Insignia will not send an imperfect product unless the individual item clearly shows and states the item is in an imperfect condition in the online merchandise collection. If you purchase an imperfect item, you chose to do so at your own risk and discretion. Refunds will not be administered unless the item is further damaged during the delivery process.
Delivery
Verified Insignia will not send products until payment is received and estimate shipping within New Zealand to be completed within 10 business days of placing your order, please allow for longer for international shipping. When an item is sent for delivery the purchaser will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your item by clicking on the link provided in your email. Any questions about the whereabouts of your delivery should be directed at the Courier company. Verified Insignia does not have control of items once they leave the Verified Insignia premises but will do our best to assist where possible. Please see our returns policy regarding damaged goods if necessary.
Verified Insignia is not responsible for any charges payable in addition to the basic price of the goods and services such as import duties, taxes and any other associated fees further to any charges incurred after completion of product payment.

Verified Insignia will only accept returns for the following scenarios
- Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
- Goods that vary from their description on this website
- Goods supplied incorrectly
Our quality control team inspects all orders to ensure the products you receive meet our exact, high quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and replacement* or refund.
* Please note that due to the limited availability of products, it may mean that a replacement product may not be available. If a replacement is not available a refund will be the only remedy. Verified Insignia will always do its best to offer customers who have received an imperfect product the first option to purchase a similar product if and when it becomes available and/or if it is reissued in the future.
